• From the 273 km of Dutra (Barra Mansa exit) are just 25 km on paved road to Bananal. 
• Bananal is a city with rich historical landmarks of colonial culture in Brazil. It's worth a quick visit before going up the mountain. 
In bananal look for the exit to the mountains of Bocaina, there are signs and everybody knows the way out. 
• After Bananal There is no type of trade. Take the basics in your luggage for your well-being. 
• There are 32km from Bananal to Pousada da Terra. This section lasts approximately 1 hour depending on the vehicle and road conditions. The SP 247 has only 22 km paved and 11 km dirt road very reasonable and full of stones (no puddles). Ordinary cars make the journey just go slowly and carefully.
• Not wanting to use your car, we can provides alternative transportation (extra), outsourced in jeeps or vans and a particular parking spaces in a Bananal.
